Mandrel bending is done on our semi-automatic NC Mandrel Tube Bending Machine.

Our tooling sizes range from 38mm up to 76 mm.

All these sizes can be bent with 1.5mm or 2mm wall thickness in stainless steel or mild steel.

Our universal bends can be bent up to a maximum of 180 degrees.

In order to conform to FIA specifications, most roll cages need to be manufactured using chrome-moly tubing.
We have chrome-moly tooling for the following sizes tubing:
40mm, 45mm and 50mm

Van der Linde Systems currently does mandrel bending for top racing teams competing both locally and internationally.
